Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

This site is intended to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion settings.

Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of the service rather than as an addition to it. The site is reviewed when it changes, and shortcomings are corrected as they are identified.

The standard we work to

The site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA.

What has been implemented

Text and background colours are held to contrast ratios that satisfy level AA. Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus outline. Images carry alternative text, headings follow a logical order, and the page is announced in the correct language and reading direction.

Motion

Motion on this site is triggered by scrolling and never repeats on its own. When the operating system is set to reduce motion, all such motion is disabled and content is presented in its final state.

Known limitations

Documents you receive from us as PDF files originate with the parties that draft them, and their internal accessibility is not within our control. If you need a document in an alternative format, tell us and we will arrange it.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site, send us a note through the appointment request on the home page, describing the page and what happened. Reports are answered promptly.

This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
