Send the documents and details
Send us the document to be notarized, unsigned, together with a copy of your valid passport or identity card. Our team uploads the document to the secure digital platform and prepares it for signing.
Not a mass-market platform: a dedicated notary who knows your needs. Remote online notarization from anywhere in the world, with personal guidance in Hebrew or English, without leaving home and without booking a flight or an embassy appointment.
We are not an anonymous network of thousands of notaries. Batya Cohen is your notary, at every session. She knows the documents Israeli and international clients bring most often, and guides you in Hebrew or English throughout the process, not only during the call itself.
Notary4U is part of the Apostille4U family, which has been providing American notarization and apostille services to clients in Israel and worldwide for years.
Our notarizations are performed by a commissioned Florida notary, under the state's RON law and the federal E-SIGN Act, and are recognized as the legal equivalent of in-person notarization in all fifty states.
Our undertaking: if the process is not carried out as the law requires, your payment is returned in full.
We recommend confirming in advance with the receiving party, whether a bank, an attorney or an authority, that it accepts remotely notarized documents; a small number of institutions still require physical presence. We will gladly help you check in advance if you are unsure.
Powers of attorney, deeds and real-estate instruments, affidavits, consent agreements, corporate documents, and nearly any other document requiring American notarization. If you are unsure whether your document qualifies, ask us; we will check and get back to you promptly.
Don't see your document on the list? Write to us; chances are we can help with it too.
Notary4U's direct service is notarization. For documents intended for use outside the United States, in Israel or elsewhere, we offer full handling through Apostille4U. With years of experience producing U.S. apostilles for international documents, we make sure your document is complete, correct, and legally accepted by any authority worldwide.

We set a time with Batya that suits you, including evening hours across time zones. Ahead of the session you will receive an email with a personal, secure link to the platform.
Join from your computer or phone, in a quiet place with a working camera and microphone, with your physical passport or ID at hand. The session opens with a short, simple digital identity check.
You meet Batya on a short, recorded video call, usually 10 to 15 minutes. You sign the document digitally on screen, and Batya issues the notarization and the secure notarial seal.
Within about 15 minutes of the session's end, the signed and notarized file is delivered straight to your inbox. If the document also requires an international apostille, we proceed immediately with the Secretary of State through Apostille4U.
The fee is determined by the type of document and the number of signers. If the document also requires an apostille, it can be added at checkout.

If you are referring a client for American notarization, here is what matters most.
Notarization is performed by Remote Online Notarization under Florida law, together with the federal E-SIGN Act. A document notarized this way is the legal equivalent of in-person notarization, recognized in all fifty states.
Every session is documented with a full audio-video recording, a digital journal entry of the notarial act, and a tamper-evident digital seal, available for your review where needed for audit or further verification.
Not every authority, bank or party in the U.S. automatically recognizes RON. Most accept it without issue, but we recommend confirming in advance with the specific receiving party in the matter. We are glad to assist with checking in advance.
Law firms that refer clients regularly are welcome to arrange a standing working channel, including direct coordination with Batya on each matter. Direct email: batya@apostille4u.com
Scheduling usually happens within 24 to 48 hours. From the start of the video session, the signed and notarized document reaches your inbox within about 15 minutes.
We will help you try again in the same session. If verification still does not succeed, we will schedule a follow-up session at no extra charge.
We perform the notarization according to law and verify the process end to end. Acceptance, however, depends on the specific receiving party, so we recommend confirming with it in advance, especially with more conservative institutions.
